PHILOSOPHY - the approach
My style is delicate, real and timeless.
My passion is to capture raw emotions and real memories.
I want you to be able to look back at your photos and see yourself in your best version, without having to pretend or force yourself into complicated poses.
For this reason I will only guide you with a few indications when necessary, to let your story speak for itself. Often it is in the "intermediate" moments that the most beautiful images take shape.
On wedding days I make sure to blend the candidness of documentary photography with the beauty and artistry of editorial styles, so you get the best of both worlds!
I like to give harmony to the images through post-production, but I look for more than aesthetics in a photograph; one thing I care a lot about is that when I look at you again, your feelings of that day and your emotions resurface and not just your external appearance.
THE EXPERIENCE
An experience tailored to you
I wholeheartedly support your individuality, and I always empower couples to celebrate their union in their unique way. I want you to cherish every moment of your wedding without any regrets.
By your side, always
Organizing a wedding, regardless of its scale, can be overwhelming, especially when aiming for a personalized touch.
I can offer a share of my insights on to-dos, avoiding pitfalls, suggesting locations, maximizing your day, planning a timeline, and more.
Quality over quantity
I am dedicated to give you the best possible experience, thus limiting my client intake to ensure ample time for each booking, guaranteeing the delivery of my finest work.
EXPLORE THE PROCESS
Consultation
Get in touch through the CONTACT page for more detailed booking information. We can chat by email or we can schedule a time to chat either over the phone/videocall, or in person over a cup of coffee (my treat!). I'll happily answer any questions you have.
Secure your date
To secure your wedding date in my calendar, I require a 30% retainer fee and a signed contract. We'll start planning your engagement session (if you booked one) which will be the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and capture some beautiful "practice" portraits.
Planning your day
I will work with you on your timeline, and I will send out a questionnaire to gather as much information as possible that I need to best serve you. On your wedding day you'll just have to relax and enjoy! Be present and in the moment, and trust that I will take care of your memories.
Photos & Prints
In less than ten weeks, your full gallery of high-res, edited, carefully curated photos will be available for download, and you will have the opportunity to order prints, albums, and frames. I cannot wait to hear what you and your family think re-living all of the amazing memories!
FAQ
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I'm currently based in Florence but always travel around Tuscany (travel in Tuscany is always included) and I'm always open to new destinations. I'd be more than happy to setup a custom quote for your desired area!
We're really awkward in photos, can you help?
Wonderful, then you're my favorite kind of couple to work with! As you may have understand by now, I have a natural and relaxed approach, but natural poses don’t always come naturally. ;) I like to give prompts that help you to feel comfortable and at ease. Your only job is to be yourself, relax and have fun!
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
It depends on my workload due to the stage of the wedding season we're in, and which package you have picked. Generally, images will be provided between 6 to 10 weeks after the wedding day.
How many photos will we receive?
It depends on lots of things, like how many hours of coverage you book, how many guests you have, whether you have a different venue for your ceremony and reception, whether you book the second photographer option etc.. but I estimate at least 500 for a full day, and often more.
We love your style, and really want you to photograph our wedding, but we’re worried because you haven’t shot at our venue.
This is a pretty common question and, ironically, I have to say that not having shot in a particular place is probably the best-case scenario. Why? Because photographers find new places wildly inspiring and that's when creativeness comes to play. That being said, I am always available for site inspections if you prefer.
Will there be a second shooter?
Unless it's a smaller event or elopement, all of my weddings have a second photographer. You are welcome to add on a second photographer for your elopement if you wish.
Do you offer video service?
I focus only and exclusively on photography, but I will be happy to recommend some professional videographers we work regularly with.
